Investa Projects is a locally recognised and leading property maintenance company that services some of the most successful and nationally known real estate businesses and property developers in the country.
We are currently seeking to employ a carpet/flooring and blinds measurer. No sales involved. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their day to ensure all measures are booked efficiently and completed to the highest standard to go to our estimators for quoting.
Based in Abbotsford, this job will suit an energetic individual with strong initiative, the confidence to work autonomously and who possesses a high standard of professionalism, especially in relation to customer service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers to book in measure times
- Arranging the pick up and drop off of keys for vacant properties
- Planning of day to be efficient and meet quotas
- Taking measurements of all required items ready for quoting/ordering
- Giving clients advice in regards to products and installation
To be eligible you must have:
- An Australian drivers licence & vehicle (a car will be provided after a probation period)
- Good computer skills with the use of Excel, Word and Email
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to take initiative and work in a small team environment
- High attention to detail a MUST, along with superior time management skills
- Solid experience in measuring
- Flooring (eg carpet laying) or blinds experience viewed very favourably
