Our client is a highly reputable company providing quality technologically advanced evaporative air cooling systems to both domestic and business sectors around the country.
The Maintenance Fitter and Coordinator will be responsible for:
- All factory maintenance and maintenance schedules
- Assist the Product Development Technicians with any new projects
- Maintain Calibration and Maintenance records
- Liaising with suppliers for availability and prices of maintenance spare parts
- Making adjustments and improvements to existing equipment as requested by the Production Manager
- Be on call to service and repair faulty equipment
To be considered, you must have:
- Previous experience in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and servicing of onsite machinery
- A Trade Qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
- Sound mechanical aptitude
- Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
- MIG Welding experience
- Forklift Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- An understanding of AS/NZS ISO 9001 - Highly regarded but not essential
