RCR Resolve FM currently have opportunities for an experienced Maintenance Carpenter and/or Handyman to work with our Victoria Resolve FM Division. This will be a challenging and rewarding role which forms an integral part of our Victorian business. Reporting to the Contract Manager this role will be based in Shepparton VIC and will be working on RCR -Department of Housing Maintenance Contract in the Shepparton area.
The primary responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Completing general maintenance on Government supported residential properties;
- Carpentry, cabinetry;
- Tiling repair works e.g. bathroom and kitchen works.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following experience and personal qualities:
- Trade certificate, or proven substantial relevant experience;
- OHS Construction Induction card (white/blue card);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills;
- Knowledge of working with Government services clients;
- Strong attention to detail with paperwork;
- Ability to support and foster ethical behaviour;
- Good problem solving and organisational skills;
- A team orientated worker.
