Currently, we have a vacancy in our Audi service department for an experienced Workshop Controller.

You'll be managing the day to day running of the service workshop and your responsibilities will include:

• Managing workshop flow, whilst adhering to completion times
• Maintaining positive team attitude
• Organising supplies
• Liaising with Service Advisors
• Supervising and organising training
• Maintaining up to date computer programs
• Arranging and planning jobs and annual leave
• Assisting technicians with diagnosing problems
• Ensuring all warranty procedures have been adhered to
• Ensuring WHS compliance

Our ideal candidate will be a Fully Qualified Technician / Mechanic with previous experience in a Workshop Controller position. You'll need to be punctual, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our high standards are continually met.
