Maintenance of this luxury hotel is conducted 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and our expert team of Shift Engineers work on a rotating basis to ensure the hotel is kept in perfect condition and our guests needs are met at any hour of the day or night. 

In this position we are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a professional environment, has great customer service skills, high operating standards and enjoys being "hands on" by utilising their exceptional eye for detail. This position is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the Hotel and its facilities.

Key Components

• Responding to any guest requests and providing immediate attention as required.
• Checking and ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems in the hotel such as HVAC and other electrical systems.
• Completing maintenance work orders as assigned in the various outlets and back of house areas. 
• Identifying and reporting problems that require follow-up. 
• Performing other related duties as required.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
• Previous experience in a similar environment.
