The Role 

This full-time permanent role provides job security, and an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of your city! You will be required to carry out quality maintenance, servicing & repairs on superior machinery, and manage commissioning & training on products. 

Key Duties 

  • Provide servicing, maintenance and repairs to machinery 
  • Prepare new machine build requirements 
  • Lead training on products to customers, on site location 
  • Demonstrate understanding of and ensure correct use of PPE, within the WHS regulations  
  • Conduct machine inspections and identify any required repairs
  • Complete all required paperwork within set time frames
  • Ensure quality assurance requirements are fulfilled at all times
  • Provide training to Apprentices when required


What You Will Need 

  • Australian/New Zealand recognised trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Minimum of two years experience in a Service Technician role 
  • Drivers Licence 
  • Exceptional problem solving skills - ability to identify problems, apply logic and select the best solutions
  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal
  • A customer service mind-set with ability to build a strong rapport with local customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines 
  • Outstanding attention to detail
