Our Timber division based in Heron’s Creek are currently seeking an experienced, hands on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
About the role:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of 14 employees
- Maintaining the efficient operation of all on-site equipment
- Ensuring that an efficient and effective preventative maintenance program is followed
- Set daily tasks for all staff as per Maintenance System requirements and
- Provide Solutions to maintenance issues from Downtime Meetings.
About you:
- Experience in a similar hands on Maintenance Supervisor role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- A strong safety orientation, passionate about safety in the workplace as a first priority
- Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Ability to lead a team of 14 staff
- Knowledge of Maintenance practices within a Manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance systems and techniques.
