The Role:
As the Home Assessing Team Leader you will be reporting directly to the Home Building and Assessing Manager and be accountable for managing and leading a team of Home Assessors to deliver quality management of cost, service and timely repairs in conjunction with our KPI’s for our customers.
 
You will have accountability for the following:

  • Develop coach and motivate a team of Home Assessors in order to meet agreed objectives
  • Lead and monitor the team to execute a high standard of service and process adherence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and operational activities that will continually improve Claims performance
  • Provide detailed input into ongoing process and system development
  • Provide input into staffing requirements and recruitment
  • Overall building best method of repair
  • Timeframe for claims turnaround in relation to building repairs
  • Compliance with statutory and industry and company requirements
  • Expected outcomes of the role include:
  • Improved claim cost performance
  • Exceptional levels of service delivery for each and every Customer

Knowledge and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have proven building industry experience and the ability to achieve operational targets through effective builder and process management. You will bring your strong customer service focus and demonstrated experience in managing cost outcomes to achieve set department goals.
