About the position
As a frontline technician within Grosvenor, the primary purpose of your position is to meet the needs of our client and deliver service excellence.
You will be:
- Completing Electrical preventative maintenance and testing
- Completing Electrical Breakdown and repairs
- Completing Mechanical Electrical repairs and installation
- Designing and diagnosing HVAC controls
- Liaise with your work co-ordinator and team leader to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
- Expand your skills through internal and external training opportunities
- Work in a positive and supportive team environment to ensure client’s needs are met
- Provide high level face-to face customer service
The requirements
- Your trade qualification as an Electrician
- Mechanical electrical – HVAC wiring experience
- Current OH&S white card & Current Drivers Licence
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers
- Your curiosity and focus on quality
