Duties for this role will be preparing cuts of meat, boning beef, cutting lambs, marinades, small goods, and most importantly, serving customers.
Skills for this role is working in a busy environment, working long hours, and most importantly, having the experience as a butcher or a customer service representative. If you have a managing experience, or a qualification, it would be a great impact to this position.
