As a Managed First Aid Service Technician you are the face of Fresh & Clean. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work autonomously during your day, delivering an exceptional level of service to our customers who could be anyone from a small business owner, to a large retail shopping centre and everywhere in between.
Your home base depot will be located at Oakleigh South but the route for your customers may be closer to your home location. You’ll need to be a morning person as you begin your day at approximately 5:30AM, collecting your van to commence your customer visits where you will be responsible for Installation and removal of lockers and cabinets and Eco-safe washers, as well as general checks of equipment and supplies to ensure that your customers are happy and getting the level of service they’ve come to expect from you.
When you return to the depot at about lunch time, you’ll have a couple of hours to unload and reload your van, setting you up for doing it all again the next day.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and enhancing our culture of Customer Service Excellence.
- Focused on delivery of quality service
- This position requires an awareness of OH&S and compliances
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate would be advantageous
- Experience within a quality/compliance service role
- Sound knowledge of the Melbourne metro area and suburbs
- Strong Customer focus and communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and maintain a high level of self-motivation
- Good attention to detail
