Custom architectural aluminium window/ door fabrication company in SE Melbourne requires an aluminium window/door fabricator 

The successful candidate could have timber or aluminium joining /fabricating experience.They should also have:-

• the ability to read from drawings and accurately carry out work
• attention to detail whilst carrying out repetitious work
• ability to work unsupervised and autonomously
• ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
• excellent attitude and be reliable, punctual, responsible, hard working and accountable
• good communication skills
• the ability to work as part of a team
• initiative and  motivation
• positive and friendly manner
• understanding of basic workplace health and safety
• a willingness to keep a tidy workplace and carry out cleaning and maintenance of machines along with other required cleaning duties.

Formal trade qualifications, while an advantage, are not essential. Most importance is placed on pride in creating  a high standard of accurate and careful workmanship.

This is a fulltime position.
