Spare Parts Salesperson - Unanderra
Southern Truck Centre Wollongong is seeking to appoint a Spare Parts Salesperson. The role will be based at the Workshop located in Unanderra. The position will be working closely with workshop staff as part of our afternoon shift team.
Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for the provision of spare parts services to both internal and external customers. This role will hold direct contact with customers and handling enquiries by phone, email or in person. This role will work collaboratively with all areas of the business and aims to maintain and continually improve spare parts service.
Primary Objective
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers at a competitive price, whilst retaining a commercial business approach and always having the best interest of the company in mind.
- Generate potential opportunities to sell parts and maximising workshop utilisation.
- Upsell associated parts including campaigns and special offers.
- Providing workshop staff with fast and accurate service including suggesting associated parts that may be required to complete their work
- Participate in work-based training to continue to learn with our ever-changing industry
