COMPANY
ACE+ is a complete building maintenance and service company that offers its services to both commercial and domestic customers across the Perth metropolitan area.

We provide Plumbing, Gas, Electrical, Roof Plumbing and all Building Maintenance services.

An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Plumber and Gas Fitter to join our team.

We require a well presented person who can work autonomously, has excellent communication skills and possesses a "can do" work ethic.

ROLE

You will be required to provide first class plumbing and gasfitting maintenance services to our predominantly commercial clients as well as the odd fit out and installation work as required.

You will be working in CBD high rise buildings, university campuses, Australian Defence Force bases, schools, hospitals, aged care facilities, large shopping centres and apartment and unit complexes (to name a few).

The work is interesting and varied and covers sewer and stormwater drain blockages, small and large bore burst pipes, sewer pump replacements as well as general plumbing and gas maintenance including HWU installations. You will be part of an experienced, friendly team with plenty of back-up from highly qualified Supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will possess:
Current W.A. plumbing tradesperson license
Current W.A. gas license
Min 5 years experience in plumbing & gas maintenance work
Min 5 years experience in commercial fit out and domestic renovation work
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Restricted electrical license is highly desirable
Full drivers license
Initiative and drive

Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets

Current Police Clearance Certificate
