LDV Parramatta and Five Dock are two busy car dealerships on Church St and Parramatta Rd. They operate a joint service centre located in River Road Parramatta. We service a range of brands, including LDV in our large workshop.
We are looking for someone to support our service department in processing warranty claims, as well as providing admin and customer support as required. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for input of all warranty claims, liaising with workshop staff on claims, and working with the importer to ensure timely acceptance and payment of claims.
We are looking for applicants who have experience in an automotive warranty role, can demonstrate good customer service and time management and who work well in a team environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
