THE OPPORTUNITY
A critical opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Project Supervisor or Electrical Leading Hand/Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career. As a Project Supervisor for CPS National’s you will drive the provision of field and depot maintenance and repair, technical support and project installation. You will be the key interface between CPS National’s staff and our clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Project Supervisor you will oversee multiple projects across Queensland, including battery life-cycle replacement and DC power plant installation, service and upgrades, predominantly across the telecommunications industry. As the key interface for project staff and our clients, you will:
- provide leadership and management to project teams, ensuring that objectives are achieved to a high standard;
- coordinate projects from quoting through to commissioning;
- develop and manage CPS National’s installation and maintenance business;
- ensure a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors; and
- identify new business development opportunities in existing markets.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Your natural ability to lead teams and drive strong performance will be complemented by:
- electrical trade qualifications;
- previous experience as a project supervisor/manager or as a leading hand, team leader, foreman or supervisor;
- working knowledge of the application and use of electrical equipment
- demonstrated experience in resolving complex technical and people management issues; and
- strong customer relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
