The Role
Are you a qualified plumber and gasfitter looking for a great permanent opportunity with a national family business? We're looking for a plumber and gasfitter to join Winning Services in Melbourne - we need your help to deliver on our mission to provide the best shopping experience in the world! You will deliver and install brand new kitchen and laundry appliances for our customers, and your exceptional customer service skills will allow you to live up to our promise to impress every customer every single day. You will be out on the road in Melbourne CBD and surrounds, both in customer's homes as well as brand new commercial developments.

You will be based out of our Laverton DC, and this is what you could expect day-to-day:

• each morning you will contact each customer with a delivery time frame
• you will visit customers to measure and quote for appliance upgrades
• you will deliver and install new kitchen and laundry appliances (ovens, cooktops, fridges, washing machines, dishwashers and hot water systems)
• you will cut bench tops and cabinets to fit new appliances
• you will remove old appliances and packaging
• you will use your expert knowledge to demonstrate the appliance for the customer, and make sure they know how to get the most out of their new purchase
• you will assume every problem is solvable, and use your excellent trade skills to find the best solution for every customer

Skills & Experience

• Current VIC Plumbing and Gasfitting Licence;
• Current Drivers Licence;
• Whitegoods, gas appliances and water installation experience;
• Self-motivated and reliable;
• Excellent customer service skills.
