The Client / Project
Our client, a globally recognised contractor, are a major player in the management and delivery of large scale Infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major project for Australia with a Tier 1 contractor.
The Role
Despite filling initial requirements, we are looking for another 20+ eager Trade Assistants to continue construction on the major WestConnex M4 Tunnel project in Sydney, for an immediate start. The duration of the project is set to extend another 3 months. We also have additional contracts with other clients after completion for both Sydney based and FIFO projects in regional NSW, QLD and VIC.
What do I need to be successful in this role?
- Experience in Commercial and/or Industrial works as a Trade Assistant
- Have access to reliable transport
- Excellent work ethic combined with a faultless OH&S record
- Physically fit / flexible attitude / ability to work well in a team
- Able to pass initial Drug & Alcohol screen including random onsite testing.
- Two contactable referees within last 12 months of employment
What tickets and qualifications do I need?
- OHS Construction Induction Card
- Driver’s Licence
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- WorkSafe High Risk Licence (EWP>11mts)
- EWP Yellow Card (Scissor Lift<11mts)
- Working at Heights (Current within 24 months)
- Experience in Commercial and/or Industrial works as a Trade Assistant
