About the role
We are seeking a stylist who can work fast, diligently and engage with both the customer and the team.
We are seeking someone with experience in free hand balayage, a strong history of colouring and also specifically cutting on dry hair.
We would love someone vibrant with an enthusiastic approach to industry standards and expectations - COV is all about fun and functionality - with a no fuss approach.

Skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Freehand balayage and highlight (foils not permitted)
- versatile approach to colour and cut.
- extremely comfortable cutting on dry hair for textural and structural work
- likes to be pushed and challenged in the working environment
- Strong experience and engagement with customer experience and service.
