My client is a global manufacturer of capital equipment; the business has an exceptional reputation in the market for their tier one product and overall service. The business are growing year on year here in Australia and have become to go to brand for most major equipment hire business’ and end users for decades now.
Position
The role will see you work in a fully autonomous capacity but within a tightly knit team environment, there’s zero micromanagement nor is there any of that corporate BS which is generally synonymous with large global OEM’s. The business are massive on rewarding their staff so you’ll be offered a lucrative bonus structure on top of your base which will sit around $80,000 as a starting point; Regular salary reviews as well. The role will cover Sydney metro but as per the requirements of the business you may need to travel to meet major clients interstate.
Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will be coming from a service tech or workshop background within Material Handling, EWP, Construction Equipment, Generators or Trucks. The business are big on training so if they can egt someone with the ticket, then they're provide all the product training to bring you up to speed.
