Job tasks and responsibilities

• To oversee the quality of the salons' provision and ensure high standards of client satisfaction.
• To actively plan the promotion of the salons to prospective clients.
• To be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the salon systems and procedures including the planning, implementation, maintenance and annual review of stock control and reception areas, ensuring consistently high quality standards.
• To supervise the Beauty Technicians to upkeep stock levels and consumables and to ensure the inventories are kept up to date and that all equipment is correctly maintained.
• To recruit and train staff
• To manage staff's roster.
• To manage the salon's finances, including the billing of clients,and maintain records of income and expenditure
• To develop and maintain operational standards of the salon in accordance with the customer service policy.
• To establish and manage the professional environment in the salons, with an approach to client contact which meets the needs and expectations of the client base.
• To establish and set service standards for the reception of clients from the front of house.
• To develop and maintain a client appointments system ensuring the system is kept up-to date and that details of customer appointments and record systems are readily available.

Skills and experience

• Formal qualification in Management, Business or related field
• Experience in retail managing in beauty or nail salon environment
• Have knowledge of acrylic nails
• Possess excellent customer service and all round professional appearance and standards
• Speak fluent English and Vietnamese
• Work in a team environment and must be flexible with working hours
