We are recruiting a Service Manager to oversee the management of our Service Workflow and Manpower planning, reporting directly to the Managing Director and supported by excellent in-house staff.
To be successful in this position you must have:
- Technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and their controls (Trade qualifications in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning / Electrical preferred)
- A natural ability to organise, communicate and build strong relationships
- Leadership experience in managing a small team – including recruitment, supervision and training
- Understanding of the key business performance measures for growth e.g. employee productivity
- and financial bottom line
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills including experience in costing and quoting jobs
- Commitment to OH&S policies, compliance and implementation of procedures & record keeping
- An intermediate level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Ability to manage time effectively, be trustworthy, reliable and loyal
