Project Manager needed for commercial projects. Trade background, working close with management in Canberra.

Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to a high quality and in accordance with financial and scheduling requirements. You will:
- Manage the overall progress of project deadlines, costs, and quality;
- Manage contracts and variations;
- Forecasting, budgeting, and programming;
- Extensive liaison with builders, subcontractors, and other services; and
- Work closely with Site Managers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have a trade background in plumbing;
- Proven experience working as a PM on multi-million dollar projects;
- Strong communication and organisation skills; and
- Desire to deliver to the highest standard.
