You will be trained through an apprenticeship centre to learn the following aspects of this role
Prepare plant & equipment and vehicle components for paint repairs, including cleaning them in the wash bay
Remove and replace/fit protector mouldings, transfers and decals
Apply paint removal methods
Carry out masking procedures
Prepare spray painting booth, materials and equipment
Apply fundamental colour matching techniques
Apply paint touch-up techniques
Use and maintain workplace tooling and equipment
