My client a market leader in providing control solutions for air-conditioning, refrigeration and heating, and systems for humidification and evaporative cooling, are now seeking a highly skilled software developer & support technician to join their well established team in their Sydney office.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible to develop software solutions for a range of programmable controllers, both control logic and Man Machine interfaces(MMI). Provide technical support for a range of programmable controllers and software development tools.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Program and support customer software projects
- Support company software and development tools
- Configure controllers to customers requirements
- Provide on site commissioning & fault finding of company products
- Conduct or assist with training on company products
- Liase with overseas suppliers to resolve customer issues
- Work with part of the technical team
- Have excellent communication & customer relations skills
- Need the ability to work unsupervised and high level of problem solving skills.
To be considered for this position you must have an understanding of programming / software development knowledge, knowledge & experience within the refrigeration & air conditioning equipment and controllers would be beneficial.
