Hydraulic Fire System Service Supervisor

The primary function of this position is to manage the Hydraulic Services delivery processes within our NSW Service business, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing operational efficiencies, controlling costs and meeting financial goals.

Roles and Responsibility

• Fiscal Responsibility: Responsible for delivering the highest quality service whilst minimising expenditure
• Operational Responsibility: Oversee the following processes;
  • Technical Support, assist technicians with defect investigation.
  • Technician Scheduling both routine maintenance and repairs for the following systems; Sprinkler, hydrants, hose reel, pumpsets, special hazards
  • Quoting repairs and new works as required.
  • Independently manage all jobs within your work area, including; material purchasing, scheduling, labour planning, invoice preparation
• Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications

• • Fire sprinkler design or trade background with a minimum of 5 years’ experience (similar/ comparable training may be accepted).
  • Good knowledge of AS2118, AS2419, AS2941, AS2441, AS1851, AS4214, CA 16 and Ordinance 70
  • Excellent customer service
  • Computer fluency in Windows, Excel, and other Microsoft products.
  • Overall technical savvy
