RGM Maintenance is looking for an experienced and suitably qualified Mechanic to join our team in our busy Rockhampton workshop.
Our workshop is a fast paced Daimler Trucks and PFG dealership with brands such as Mercedes, Freightliner, Fuso trucks as well as Deutz, Versatile and Kioti tractors, however do not limit ourselves to only that work. RGM works Defence Vehicles, Fuel tankers and basically anything that comes through the door.
Key Accountabilities
- Carry out general servicing on trucks, trailers, machinery & light vehicles
- Carry out repairs to various makes & models
- Resolving technical issues, ability to understand wiring, air schematics
- Diagnose & repair various faults
- Carry our services/repairs in a timely manner
- Above award wages with overtime available
To be successful in this role you must have the following;
- Cert III or Higher in a Heavy Mechanical Trade
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills with all levels of the company
- Excellent trade knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Be able to work well under pressure and flexible with work hours.
