Tickford Racing is an elite team in the Supercars Championship. The team runs four Ford Falcon V8 Supercars in the series and is responsible for the design, manufacturing, building and maintenance of each of its race cars.

The team is housed in a large facility based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs – Campbellfield.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Sign Writer to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who is ready for a new challenge in our fast paced and exciting role.

This successful candidate will work alongside a small team of three and be guided by our Print Manager.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Printing, cutting and applying signs to our race cars and other general equipment whilst meeting team and sponsor livery requirements
• Maintaining an organized, clean and professional work space at all times

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Excellent  attention to detail
• Strong colour vision
• Sense of creativity
• General knowledge of the signage industry
• Interest in graphic art
• Driven and motivated
• Flexible and able to adapt to meet the evolving needs of the team
• Ability to work against tight deadlines

The successful candidate must demonstrate a “can do attitude” and most importantly be a positive team player with an interest in motor sport.
