Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a Workshop Supervisor for our Component Rebuild Centre at Gepps Cross. Reporting to the Manager CRC this position is responsible for managing a team of coordinators, technicians, trade assistants and apprentices to ensure customer service excellence with high quality work being completed safely and on time.
The successful applicant will have previous supervisory experience in a heavy vehicle workshop, strong technical knowledge as well as the ability to coach and develop a growing team. They will ensure optimum productivity, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and encourage continuous improvement and innovation.
