Prime Recruitment's Industrial, Trades and Services Division are specialists in providing labor solutions to the Resources, Fabrication/Engineering Industry throughout Western Australia.
We have an immediate requirement for 10 x Experienced First Class Welders (TIG & FCAW) with good, solid experience in the welding of Pipe Spools (Carbon Steel) who are willing and able to work day & night shift and must be able to work between 11 – 12 hour shifts Monday – Sunday.
The job involves welding on rotators GMAW Root Pass with Flux Core Fill and Cap Butts / Flux Core Fillets. Thirty (30 %) to Forty (40%) of work to be GTAW.
To be considered for this role, you MUST:
- Be experienced First Class/Coded Welder that has been coded on Carbon Steel pipe spools
- Be competent in welding Carbon Steel pipe (20nb-300nb) using GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW welding process
- Be able to pass weld test prior to starting on the assignment
- Be available to commence in the workshop as of IMMEDIATE effect
- Be able to see the Project through from start to finish
Job Details:
- Day Shift Pay Rate: $41/hour Flat Rate
- Night Shift Pay Rate: $47/hour Flat Rate
- Working Hours: Days: 6:00am – 5:00pm Nights: 5:00pm- 4:00am
- Duration of Assignment : Minimum of 2 months (may vary depending on the work load and project schedule).
