About the role
Reporting to the Accounting/Finance Assistant, key duties will include:
Full function accounts payable and receivable;
Petty cash and daily bank reconciliations;
General office administration duties including supporting financial controller with day to day accounts;
Answering phones;
Customer service;
Inventory management;
Letter of credit application;
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
- Experience with MYOB or Xero accounting
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent people skills and phone manner
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Be well presented, punctual and proactive
