We are currently recruiting an Appliance Servicing Technician for Sydney. The role will carry out quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop. Locations will include:

• Inner North West - Parramatta, Pennant Hills, Ryde to Castle Hill
• Outer Western Suburbs - Liverpool, Warwick Farm, Fairfield
• Randwick to Paddington, down to Matraville and La Perouse

Your key responsibilities:

• Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory
• Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work
• Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction
• Cash collection
• Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions

Experience required:

• 3 - 5 years appliance repair and troubleshooting experience
• Professional qualification - Electrical Service Technician, Appliance Service Technician
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong PC skills
