About the business and the role
Located in the Port Precinct of Echuca, our stunning day spa boasts a prime location, spacious retail centre and expansive spa space including 2 seperate relaxation lounges, 6 treatment rooms including 2 double treatment rooms and a group therapy room.
You will be a part of a dynamic team of professionals, set on achieving excellence within the spa industry.

Job tasks and responsibilities
As an in spa Beauty Therapist you will be responsible for providing exceptional therapeutic and relaxation treatments to our clients. Beauty Therapists must be able to perform a range of treatments including relaxation massage, hot stone massage, body scrubs, body wraps, manicures and pedicures, waxing and tanning treatments and a range of facials including working with skin conditions and ceutical lines, hydro-microdermabrasion and LED therapy. You will also feel comfortable retailing and rebooking clients.
We are particularly looking for a therapist with exceptional knowledge of the skin and therapeutic skin treatments.
We are looking for someone who is available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Rosters available for up to 38 hours a week ongoing. A variety of shifts are available across weekdays, weekends and evenings and will be flexible for the right person.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will have/be:
- minimum of Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- minimum of 12 months experience in a spa environment
- a professional who is passionate about what they do and their clients
- strong communication skills
- excellent grooming and presentation standards
- proven skills in prescribing and recommending home care and treatment programs for your clients
- competent waxing skills, especially Brazilian waxing are highly desirable
- preference will be given to applicants with training and/or experience with endota and Dermalogica treatments.
- preference will also be given to therapists with day spa reception experience who have used the Shortcuts system previously
- availability to work days, evenings and weekends
For the right applicants a full product and treatment training program exists. This includes initial training and up to the minute education to keep in line with the high standards that endota sets for the spa industry.
