We are looking for a proactive person with a strong understanding of Audio Visual and Video Conference services, combined with an IT background. The primary focus will be to provide onsite client support whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The role will be based in Melbourne CBD with optional travel.
Required:
- A proactive approach to troubleshoot and resolve issues immediately
- Ability to work individually and work as part of a team.
- To be professional, well presented and able to work to deadlines.
- At times, be able to work within a high pressure environment – be energetic and quick thinking.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
- High level of time management.
- Willingness to work extra hours on occasions, as required.
- Ability to remote support multiple sites.
Required Skillset
- Infocomm CTS ( Optional )
- Understanding of Cisco VC endpoints and Platform
- Understanding of signal flow, audio, video, networking
- Understanding of Windows / Mac Operating System
- Crestron Knowledge
Optional
- IP Phone Support
- Network Troubleshooting
- IT/AV support for large corporate environments.
