About the business and the role
We are a small company currently experiencing growth within our property maintenance sector looking to expand our team. If you have the skills we are looking for please call us and we will set up an interview for the position available.
We specialise in commercial maintenance, refurbishments along with insurance work and the odd private renovation.
Our team pride's themselves in their workmanship and always strive for nothing less then highest quality work for our clients.
We are a one stop shop for building and maintenance and constantly growing, hence the reason we a looking for a multi skilled tradesmen to add to our team.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Must be well groomed and come to work in clean work clothes
- Must be well spoken and respectful when engaging with coworkers and clients
- Must be honest and reliable with a passion for your trade and take pride in your work.
- Tasks include compiling material lists for jobs and sourcing required items.
- Working within deadlines is paramount due to heavy workflow and getting the job done within the time frame.
- Adhere to budgets when required
- Compile reports, quotes and invoices specific to job tasks.
Skills and experience
A wide range of skills is advantageous all applicants will be considered
- Carpentry works
- General maintenance
- Hanging and stopping up plaster & other minor patching
- Simple painting tasks
- Screeding / concreting / rendering in its basic forms
-Waterproofing / tiling skills desirable.
