Evolution Security are looking for a Security Manager to join our growing team!

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and manage Evolution Security operations and office
• Effectively manage security rosters for licensed venues
• Build and maintain outstanding client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction across several criteria
• Identifying new business opportunities with potential and existing clients
• Coordinating with key internal and external parties to ensure all client requirements are satisfied
• Oversee and maintain the general administration requirements 
• Performance Management of employees
• Working alongside the Recruitment Officer
• Leading a security team, providing support and ongoing training for the team
• Reporting any security/safety related breaches
• High level time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Train all casual staff and induct all staff in correct procedures
• Ensure venue compliance

Essential requirements-

• Security Operations Certificate II
• First Aid
• RSA
• Experience in management 
• Background in Security
• Available weekends
