They have developed a wholesale solution to cater for smaller and independent client, this channel allows them to further exert their market dominance and be a true leader in the horticulture arena.

To continue to deliver innovative solutions to the market they need a motivated and experienced Regional Manager for their Canberra site.

Reporting to the National Manager you and your team’s primary objective is to ensure customers are dealt with in a timely fashion and have access to premium product. Your duties will include:

  • Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
  • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
  • Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
  • Initiate coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedure
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies, as well as relevant internal stakeholders
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
  • Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
  • Plan future capacity requirements
  • Organize training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment


Customer satisfaction is key as it is a busy location with customers wanting to leave with their goods as quickly as possible.

To be successful in this role you will have solid in a wholesale or retail environment. You will have managed a site and its suppliers and customers and driven profitability. You will have either worked in the flower industry or have an extremely keen interest.
