About us
Car Servicing and You has three service centres across Melbourne, and our Carnegie/Ormond store is seeking a Mechanic to join us. We are also independent tyre dealers with access to all brands.
About the role
We are looking for a competent and experienced technician who enjoys a hands on environment and is able to provide quality work. This position requires a dedicated and experienced workshop manager or mechanic who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and enjoys working with a variety of makes.

Duties & responsibility
- Accurate diagnosis and repair of a wide variety of makes and models
- Assisting and supervising other staff in the workshop
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Quality control
- Assisting the manager with customer service and sales.
Skills & experience
- You must be experienced with diagnostics and ensure the workshop runs efficiently.
- You also need to have a strong team orientation, a friendly nature and excellent communication skills.
- You have trade qualifications plus 5+ years experience will be considered.
- RWC and air con licenses an advantage.
