The Company:

Southern Cross Group (SCG) is a dynamic national provider of security and integrated facilities management services to corporate, retail, industrial and governments clients.

We are currently seeking the services of reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to assist in the effective provision of safety and security North Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retails security experience at a managerial or supervisory level; Outstanding administration skills;
  • Current NSW Security Licence and First-Aid Certificate;
  • Complete knowledge of Westfield and SCGS Policies and Procedures;
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully planning for improvement of site with the ability and experience in developing and writing policies and procedures;
  • Proven experience with strong leadership and problem solving skills to effectively train, guide and mentor your team so services are delivered to the highest standard;
  • Exceptional communication skills as you will be the main point of contact between Southern Cross Group Services Head Office and the client, and are required to liaise with different stakeholders;
  • Well presented with outstanding customer service skills, providing guidance and assistance to client enquiries and requests and Conflict Management.
