About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager who will look after the day to day operations of our newly built shop. Retail meat experience is required and an understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation will also be necessary. Our new store will be the new benchmark in retail meat for the Newcastle region

Skills and experience
The key requirement for this role is a willingness to succeed and the ability to manage and lead a small team of like minded people. Meat experience is necessary and desire to share your knowledge on recipes and cooking preparations will be well regarded. You will be unrelenting and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You will manage the following areas
- Meat and Food hygiene standards
- Preparation and presentation of fresh meat products
- Inventory / Stock management of perishable goods
- Stock ordering and product management
- Adherence to the company's code of conduct by all employees
- Sales and margin reporting
