The Opportunity
Enjoy a position that offers variety and diversity, with an electrical contractor who offer a range of services to clients including residential service and maintenance, minor projects and commercial fit outs. The team consists of experienced tradespersons across electrical, air conditioning and appliance repairs.

Your primary responsibilties will include

• General lighting and power installations, service and maintenance
• Testing, faultfinding and commissioning
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, forward planning, prioritising tasks
• Supervising and training of apprentices
• Ensure high quality workmanship while maintaining company standards, relevant safety and compliance documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional service and technical advice

The company offer a competitive hourly rate, a company vehicle, iPhone and the benefits of a full time permanent opportunity. There is regular OT available, including Saturday work if you are keen for extra $$$.

The Candidate
The suitable candidate for this opportunity will be a dedicated, safety and quality focused electrician also bringing along the following skills and attributes:

• Current Electrical Licence
• Construction Industry Blue/White Card
• Current CPR/LVR
• Current Drivers License
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding and regard for electrical and safety standards
• Take pride in your work and ensure that installations undertaken are completed to a high standard

The successful candidate for this position will have good presentation, written and verbal communication skills as you will be representing the company whilst communicating with a range of customers, builders and suppliers.
