AIR CONDITIONING Technical Support Officer - SAMSUNG Electronics
Conduent is working closely with Samsung Electronics Australia and looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Technical Support Officer to provide 1st level technical support to our Service Network (Authorised Service Centres – ASCs).
The role comprises of phone technical support, onsite and maintenance visits, monitoring of product quality information, evaluating new products, producing Technical Bulletins and generally being a reliable point of contact for issues.
For you to be seriously considered for this role you should have:
- 3-5 years' experience working in the Air Conditioning industry
- experience training technical staff
- the necessary certifications and qualifications
- strong MS Office skills
- strong verbal and written skills
- non-restricted NSW driver’s licence
