About the role

  • Provide solutions to achieve client deliverables across our Protective Services business.
  • Identify cross sell opportunities with other divisions.
  • Manage CRM pipe, opportunities and tender responses.
  • Support and build the NSW Protective Services Business through new business development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across numerous industry sectors.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients based on solutions and outcomes.
  • Generate client proposals and deliver client presentations.
  • Experience in tender responses across Protective Services Security.
  • Contribute at industry events, seminars and conferences.
  • Collaborate with other internal divisions to provide integrated client outcomes.
  • Assist the State Manager with operational requirements of the business

Skills and experience

  • Be able to service clients across New South Wales
  • Proven experience in a similar sales role.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and possess extensive sales management at a state and/or national level.
  • Strong operational experience
  • Strong business and industry acumen.
  • Exceptional industry knowledge and relationships.
