About the role
- Provide solutions to achieve client deliverables across our Protective Services business.
- Identify cross sell opportunities with other divisions.
- Manage CRM pipe, opportunities and tender responses.
- Support and build the NSW Protective Services Business through new business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across numerous industry sectors.
- Build trusted relationships with clients based on solutions and outcomes.
- Generate client proposals and deliver client presentations.
- Experience in tender responses across Protective Services Security.
- Contribute at industry events, seminars and conferences.
- Collaborate with other internal divisions to provide integrated client outcomes.
- Assist the State Manager with operational requirements of the business

Skills and experience
- Be able to service clients across New South Wales
- Proven experience in a similar sales role.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and possess extensive sales management at a state and/or national level.
- Strong operational experience
- Strong business and industry acumen.
- Exceptional industry knowledge and relationships.
