Roles may include but not limited to -
- LANDSCAPING ( SOFT SCAPES & MAINTENANCE )
- Soft scaping - planting, mulching, turf prep
- Garden Maintenance - brush cutting, weeding, mowing, spraying chemicals, material removal
- Site clean up and general hand duties
- LABOURERS (SKILLED LABOURERS )
- Hardscape - Shovelling, loading/unloading materials, digging trenches, Chipper Machine Use
- Installations - Turf, Structural, paving, timber work, concrete
- Interpreting plans, site set out and preparation
- Excavator or Bobcat ticket preferred but not essential
Experience Preferred but not essential, Ongoing Opportunities based on Performance
WHAT do I need to be successful?
To be successful in progressing to our induction process, you will need to have the following:
- White Card - A MUST!!
- PPE including Long sleeve high vis shirt, steel capped boots, Hard Hat, safety glasses, gloves and Wet Weather Gear
- Drivers Licence & Own Transport Essential
- Can do attitude and team player
- Be reliable, show initiative and be able to work in a team or autonomously.
- Qualifications in Horticultural highly regarded but not essential
