About our Client
Our client Rio Tinto requires a qualified and experienced High Voltage Electrician (Mobile Plant) for ongoing work in the Pilbara. FIFO from Perth on 2:1 or 8:6 day shift and night shift rosters. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience on Mobile Equipment and a strong mining background.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a High Voltage Electrician to play a key role in maintaining the site's mobile equipment fleet through preventative maintenance, breakdown repair and scheduled component replacement. You will work alongside a team of high performing individuals who are passionate about mobile equipment maintenance.
Experience with the following is highly advantageous:
- Komatsu 730E Haul Trucks
- CAT 793 Haul Truck
- Komatsu WA1200 Loaders
- CAT 992 Loaders/Wheel Dozers
- CAT 777F Water Carts
Tickets and Licenses Required:
- HV Switching Ticket
- "A" Grade Electrical Licence
- Drivers License
- Right to Work in Australia
Highly Advantageous but not essential:
- Working at Heights
- Forklift
- Dogging
- EWP
- High Risk Licenses
