A global leading material handling business is looking for a proactive, motivated and customer focused Technician to join the team. This is a customer facing Field Service position. This business is a global player in their industry and have a reputation built on reliable and efficient service.
As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities include:
- Planned maintenance, repairs and inspections
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical problems
- Fault finding and analysing
- Overhauls
- Modifications
- Managing your spare parts and inventory
- Liaise directly with customers
- Managing a defined territory and customer base
You need:
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Experienced with hydraulics and electrics
- Workshop or Field Service experience in Yellow Goods, Forklifts, Earthmoving and Auto industries
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work as part of a team
