DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Scheduling of work to Technicians.
• Overseeing Quality control measures and processes.
• Mentor and manage staff whilst maintaining productivity in the workshop.
• Maximise the workshop efficiency
• Drive 'On Time Deliver' of customer vehicles.
• Understands and develop reports.
• Excellent Time Management skills,
• Look up information through portals for warranty bulletins / Repair processes.
• Quality check paperwork before it is handed to the end user (Warranty/Tech/Advisors).
• Manage OEM Workshop requirements set by the manufacturer
• Maintain OSH and Environmental standards.

ABOUT YOU:

• Ability to lead staff.
• Manual car license.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to genuine quality service.
• The ability to work in a Team Environment.
