SO, WHAT’S THE ROLE ABOUT?

As a CSR you will be required to service customers on Courtney's online ordering system, Courtney Direct, by completing customer requests daily, providing information about Courtney Direct's full range of products/services and resolving production and service issues. The CSR will be required to process orders and complete relevant documentation as per company processes. The CSR will work closely with the Marketing team on the overall activity of the customers’ account and provide relevant information as required. The CSR will also work closely with the production team in order to service the customers’ requirements and deadlines. You will be supported by an experienced team and will receive on the job training.

DO YOU HAVE THESE SKILLS?

  • Experience in estimating in the print industry would be an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of print processes
  • An understanding of the importance of meeting KPIs
  • Understanding and meeting customer’s requirements
  • Self-motivated, proactive and professional
  • Organised and a strong attention to detail
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • A ‘Can Do’ attitude!
