Total Work Solutions is now seeking a Service & Repair Manager. We seek to appoint someone looking to work in an interesting environment who enjoys variety and flexibility.  Due to our clients growth we are seeking a talented person for this position where you will be asked to deliver exceptional service to our existing customers as well as building relationships with new customers.

The Role:

• Provide input into product development
• Must have workshop management experience 
• Experience within the repairs area is essential
• Ability to problem solve
• Evaluate the performance
• Assist in the development and implementation of systems
• Monthly review meeting with finance manager
• Prepare quotes for all service and trade in work, and gain approval to do work from the client
• Supervise and direct office staff
• Coordinate work with workshop supervisor
• Must have experience within the automotive / heavy vehicle industry

• A strong record of being organised, proactive, reliable and flexible.
• A hands-on approach to managing and problem solving.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Computer literate with at least an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Some experience in a similar service management role.
