This company deals with disaster recovery and restores sites that have been affected by fire, water and weather damage. They are specialists in their industry with over 10 years’ experience. Due to a sustained increase in workload, they are now seeking a motivated labourer to join their team.
The successful candidate will initially join the team as an on-hired employee, working 3-5 days per week between Monday-Friday dependant on workload. The company depot is located in Yea, but job sites will be located all across High Country Victoria. This person may be required to drive a company van and work independently at times. Opportunities exist for the right person to move into an ongoing position dependant on performance and reliability.
Duties for this role include:
- Commercial cleaning
- Labouring
- Furniture removal
The successful candidate must:
- Hold a current manual drivers’ license and have their own reliable transport
- Have the ability to work unsupervised
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs
- Have or being willing to apply for a Working With Children Check
Previous experience in furniture removal, cleaning, plastering or demolition would be considered advantageous.
